World Quality Services Providers Association (WQSPA) is an organization that was established through the initiative of the major Automotive OEM's in search of developing international standards for the operation of companies associated with the quality of Containment, Sorting Rework, Sequencing, Subassembly, Repack, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Material Handling, Distribution, Customer Representatives, Resident Engineering for the Automotive, Aeronautical, Electrical and Electronic industry. WQSPA’s main function is to standardize rules for the services, security and social responsibilities of companies and organizations on an international level. WQSPA’s intention of establishing benchmarks and constant monitoring systems is to certify professional and ethical work.

Today, the standards of WQSPA is required in Automotive industry because WQSPA guarantees the quality of operational services by implementing well-defined controls, ensuring that all processes operate within the characteristics and requiring standard rules for the demands of the industry and its suppliers. Normalization is the starting point in which the quality WQSPA holds as well as certification of the company.
WQSPA delivers a monthly report to the major Automotive OEM’s and suppliers who want to contract certified companies and organizations for services. A major benefit of WQSPA is that approved companies and organizations are legitimized by the major Automotive OEM's / Tiers. WQSPA certified companies and organizations are able to access suppliers and customer plants so that they are able to give efficient and satisfactory service.
